CALL YOUR PROSPECTS FIRST
Call your prospects first if they have opted to receive more information on your opportunity. Call them to verify their information and then mail them your literature so that they receive it no more than 5-7 days later.
Call your prospect again 7 days later. (this is unless you are emailing them information)
When I make a follow up call I say: "Hi, This is Ryan Bachman, we spoke last week and I wanted to check to see if you had time to look over the information that I sent you, and if so, are you still "looking" for an opportunity?"
ASK-LISTEN-ANSWER
If they are not interested right now, do not be pushy, ask them if they would like to be contacted at a later time. Thank them for their time and then move on to the next name on your list.
ALWAYS CALL BETWEEN 6PM AND 8PM
HOW TO CONTACT YOUR A&B LIST
"Hi Mary, this is Ryan Bachman and I was calling to catch up and run a couple of questions by you. Did I get you at a bad time? (small talk...) Well Mary, the reason I am calling you is because I have been working with a group of marketing business owners and they are looking for a few sharp people to expand their business team. I wanted to see if you were interested in making extra income outside of your fulltime job?
If yes, already have 2 meeting time options available and let them choose one. If you just ask what a good time to meet is, the answer for most people is NEVER! Stay in control of the conversation.
Do not try to explain your entire business opportunity entirely over the phone. If they will not take any time to meet with you (if local) then they are probably not who your looking for. You are looking for LOOKERS!
